today i experienced my 1st ever body mask + hot blanket
which in short means SPA :DD
this time, i went to the drX medispa for the treatment.
the centre was pretty cus everything was in white.
mummy and i had the same spa treatment while daddy had another one.
for the body masks, there were 2 different masks to choose from.
1 was the slimming mask and the other a vitamin mask (or sth like tt)
i obviously didn't get the slimming mask but mummy did.
the vitamin mask was supposed to make the my skin healthier
and the hot blanket was supposed to get all the the toxins out of the body.
anyway, i was lead into the 1st room to put my belongings in the locker before
being lead into another room for the spa.
mummy was already inside her hot blanket when i went in.
i was asked to change into a pair of disposable underwear and a robe.
after that, a therapist applied the mask onto me.
it was cold and green, full of vitamins xD
then, she wrapped me up with plastic and then the hot blanket.
i think she said that the temp was turned to 60degrees.
i was then made to lie there for bout 20 mins.
when time was up, the therapist came again and pulled off the mask.
i was then sent to go get a bathe.
i can't even say that i went to the bathroom to bathe as it wasn't a bathroom.
it was a room with a bath tub and a bed.
looked a little like a tiny hotel room though.
when i was done bathing, i checked myself in the mirror.
OOH! my skin was glowing :DD
i felt soo happy.
and that was the end of my SPA (body mask + hot blanket) session today
