i feel cheated today :(
today's supposed to be some 'earth day'/ global warming day and everyone's supposed to wear GREEN, right?
so i went out happily thinking that i would see many people wearing green.
unfortunatly, that was only a thought.
there was no significant number that wore green :(
anyway, today's the o7.07.07!
so i decided to go somewhere NEW.
the new place decided was HAJI LANE
haji lane was featured in my 17 mag and in other places that there you will be able to find cheap and good deals.
was told haji lane was in arab street so jiun and i went there to find it.
we sort of got lost there and ended up walking around exploring the place like tourists.
got bored after awhile and decided to ask for directions.
FINALLY found haji lane and it really turned out to be a disappoinment.
the lane was rather tiny and most of the shops were closed.
the cheap deals there were rather vintage, nt my style
while the rest of the stuff cost a bomb, though the shops were really pretty inside
(got cheated again )
walked all the way back to bugis junction after that and has yoshinoya for dinner.
decided to catch a movie after that, DIE HARD 4.o
went to cathay cineplex and plaza sing but the seats were either sold out or we had to sit infront.
called ma aye and asked her to check the show times for lido and je.
decided that je was most likely to be not sold out so we went there.
planned to catch the 9pm show but again only the bottom 2 rows were left.
tks ma-ma for ur help anyway :)
in the end, we caught the 9.45pm show!
actually jiun has the show in his lappy but we figured that watching that show in the lappy couldn't be compared with watching it on the big screen x)
show was exciting as expected but great as well.
reached home at 12.30am.
us in our GREEN tees and his BIG mouth. HAHA
btw, we bought each other our 11mth ani present! :D
couple rings! YAY. they look rather pretty i think.
