On sat,
Jiun and i didn't go to work at the national stadium.
Instead, he
accompanied me to shopping!!
It was planned that we will 1st go to the flea market @scape,
the to icon@bugis and bugis street.
We took bus 106 to lucky plaza where we alighted,
went into takashimaya to buy our oct balls($4.40).
ate it outside taka as it was raining.
When I almost finish, a guy approached us for donation.
Pooff... $10 disappeared just like that.
As old changkee's was just a step away, we bought our fav squidhead($4.40).
We then made our way to the flee market.
Although the rain was light, the flea market was a mess and all the cardboards
layering the ground was soaked.
So we decided not to bother taking a look around and left.
Walked to sumerset and took the train to bugis.
Topped us our EZ link cards($20).
We went straight to Bugis street instead of icon@bugis as it was already 3pm.
We started looking for stuff which was on our 'list'.
My presents, his presents, michelle's bdae present and rachael's bdae present.
He bought me a necklace($8) and an anklet($2),
after which we went to the 2nd floor to look for jess.
I took ages to choose the ear rings.
We ended up buying them from her and he paid for them($5). :)
Walked around the 2nd floor and my keens eyes for a good deal spotted
a shop with its closing down sale!!
Tops were going for $5 each, bottoms at $10 and dresses at $15.
I choose a pair of shorts($10) and grabed a dress($15) which I just glanced at.
I was actually not planning to keep the dress (mich's present)
but with further consideration, I decided that she would not be able to fit
and I could wear for Chinese new year so I kept it :D
We felt thirsty so we bought lemon barley($1)
and then went to look for jiun cap.
He wanted it to hide his hair when he's too lazy to spike it up -.-
I then found my crown belt($5) and golden belt($5) at the last lane we walked through.
Hmm.. I tink after that we went to parco for dinner, which cost $8.
Then, I stopped by a push cart to get mich a hand clutch($5.90).
We then went to icon@bugis and walked the 2nd floor,
then left for my grandma's hse.
Reached there at 7pm.
Went down to punch 2 holes ($2) for my crown belt as it was too big.
Came back and got scolding from mum.
Total spending between us (Grand Total): $95.70
